Online truck appointment booking is now live

Haulers can now register, book a gate slot, and receive a QR gate pass entirely online — no more walk-in queues.

F1 Garage has launched its online Truck Appointment System. Trucking companies and consignees can create a verified account, reserve a gate time window with live availability, and download a QR gate pass.

At the gate, our officers scan the QR to pull up the booking and process a fast, contactless gate-in. Booking history and one-tap rebooking are available from your account dashboard.
